Paul is a 45-year-old male (born January 27, 1977) and is a 1996 graduate of Central High School in Phoenix City, AL. He is married to Lauren Weatherly (22 years) and has 2 children Clayton (21) and Madelyn (17). Paul joined the Russell County Sheriff's Office in November of 2011 and has since made his way through the ranks and at this point is the Assistant Detention Director of the Prentiss L. Griffith Detention Facility within the department. Paul is a graduate of Class 41 of the National Jail Leadership Command Academy. Paul enjoys being able to assist the community as well as help people when they may be at a low point in their lives. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, riding motorcycles, and spending time with his family.
Kelley began working in corrections at the Pike County Sheriff’s Department in 2003. She was promoted to Administrator over the Pike County Jail in March of 2016.

I am a graduate of The Calhoun High School Letohatchee, Alabama and a graduate of Alabama State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. My interests include meeting new people, shopping and relaxing with a good movie.
Lieutenant Janet Parker began her corrections career in 1997 as a jail deputy at the Shelby County, AL Sheriff’s Office. After serving for 8 years in direct inmate management, Janet received the distinction of being the first female promoted at the Shelby County Jail. In her 17 years as a sergeant, Janet has served as a shift supervisor
Lieutenant Janet Parker began her corrections career in 1997 as a jail deputy at the Shelby County, AL Sheriff’s Office. After serving for 8 years in direct inmate management, Janet received the distinction of being the first female promoted at the Shelby County Jail. In her 17 years as a sergeant, Janet has served as a shift supervisor and currently heads up the newly created Support Services Unit for the Shelby County Jail where she oversees training, classification, and the first ever jail K9 unit, among many other responsibilities.
Janet is a proud graduate of the National Jail Leadership Command Academy and has earned the distinction as a National Certified Corrections Supervisor. Janet currently serves her state association in her third term as the Secretary for the Alabama Jail Association. In addition, Janet has served on various committees on the national and state level and is a current member of the Membership Committee.

His goal is to continue to learn about the evolving changes within the jail policies and transfer the learned information to his colleagues by implementing changes where needed.
He is an avid Alabama Football fan and says "Roll Tide" multiple times a day!

He received his AAS degree from Jefferson State Community College in 2009 and his BS from Troy University in 2011. Among his accomplishments is successful completion of the National Jail Leadership Command Academy Class #17, becoming an American Jail Association’s Certified Jail Manager and being recognized by the AJA in January of 2016 as one of the Top 35 under 35. Lt. Hood, CJM has served on numerous committees for the AJA throughout the years where he learned how the operation of the AJA worked. He currently serves as 2nd Vice-President for the American Jail Association and is the Immediate-Past President of the Alabama Jail Association.
